After holding several successful project managers gathering, the 4th symposium of professional project managers was held to commemorate the Project Management Day In partnership with the Optimization Research Group of Tehran University
The fourth symposium was held at Tehran University; Faculty of Engineering on 13 November with the participation of a team of project managers and scientific and operational project management professors at 8am. More than 10 professional project managers delivered lecture at this event
After the program’s preparations, the first opening lecture was delivered by Mr. Mohammad Otarodian, the secratery of the 4th Symposium of professional Project Managers .his speeches provided a general overview of fundamental problems in project management field
In the second opening speech of the symposium, Dr. Yaghoub Gholipour took the podium. Dr Gholipur, the scientific secretary of the 4th symposium of project managers, talked about the importance of project management and need of having a scientific look at this field

In the second presentation, Dr. Hani emari lectured on the use of professional project management in preventing contractual and financial problems

The next speaker was Dr. Afshin Firoozi who talked about the methods of project Financing and its requirement.
In the fourth presentation Mr. Saeed Moghaddasi, lectured on the role of maintenance systems in reducing project costs
Mr. Ahmad Delt khahi gave a presentation on Lessons Learned from cost management in Dam Construction Projects in Iran and other countries
Mr. Mohammad Reza Bahmanesh talked about the “broadening of documentary validation and Key Notes” in his speech
At the last presentation of the symposium, Mr. Mohammad Hassan Mousavi lectured on “Lessons Learned from Contract management in Procurement field
After the evening rest
Mr. Sina Ghazi talked about the project management trends and its impact on strategy indicators in an organization
Mr. Reza Ikani’s speeches was about the challenges in the general terms of contract 4311, which is provided/made by Iran
At the last presentation of the symposium of professional project managers, Mr. Ataullah Hashemi as a project management pioneer delivered a lecture. A Memorial Statue and a certification of appreciation was rewarded to speakers and Executive Team in the fourth Symposium of Professional Managers. Dr. Majid Sabzeh Parvar also gave a short speech about the importance of a scientific look at project management
